I work with both the word and the body. Character analysis gives us information from the unconscious that we do not control, through the body. The body gives us signals, together we will decipher them. This information helps us to work the knot (focus) that produces our suffering, which manifests itself in multiple ways. Anxiety, sadness, anger, rage etc. In a few brief sessions you can alleviate and be aware of why and how to overcome this situation. I will try to lighten those "backpacks" and labels that we all carry. I will accompany you throughout the process. You will be the active protagonist of all changes. The psychocorporal work will make you see reality, and from it you can grow to where you want. You will not see the world in pink, you will see reality and from it you will decide what to do. I will accompany you throughout the process of change, looking for the causes and understanding them. From there you will decide the changes.
