Hello! My name is Sonia and I am a Psychologist. I studied Psychology at the UNED and then I did the master's degree in General Health Psychology where I delved into therapies for people of different ages. From the smallest to the oldest. In addition, I have completed a specialization course in mediation with adolescents in the family context since I consider adolescence a very important stage in life. It is a stage of change, of self-knowledge and of continuous discoveries about the world. For this reason, I think it is important that there is professional support from psychologists for the youngest.

Each person is unique, each person feels the same event in a different way and at the same time all this varies according to the vital moment in which we find ourselves. For these reasons, in each session I make an effort to get to know the person in front of me, to adapt the therapy to their personality, their values ​​and their way of understanding the world. I like to have a close relationship with my patients based on trust and respect. Accompany them in the best way and achieve their objectives through effort and work both in the sessions and in their day to day.
