Welcome and welcome! I invite you to start a process of self-recognition and self-care, in which I am open and willing to accompany you and guide you and that together and together we can build a fuller life experience full of wellness. With me you will find a space dedicated to genuine and active listening, collaboration, and the possibility that you are and feel what you need without concern or judgment. We will work together to recognize and validate your feeling of discomfort, read about the context in which you find yourself immersed, and thus be able to build more life alternatives enablers. I am a psychologist graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and currently a teacher in clinical and family psychology at the Universidad Santo Tomás. I have more than three years of experience performing therapeutic interventions at the individual, family and group level in outpatient and hospital contexts.

In the consultation space I work mainly from the systemic-relational approach and social constructionism, and I specialize in narrative therapy and mindfulness tools. I have experience in individual work, with adolescents and adults, as well as family therapy, couples and group therapy. I accompany you in the work of anxiety, self-esteem, grief, family abuse, stress, relationship problems, insecurity, emotional management, depression, among others.

I am characterized by my listening skills and my sensitivity, which allows me to genuinely connect with those who consult me. Likewise, I have good skills for teamwork and co-construction with consultants in the therapeutic space. I stand out for my professional ethics, my responsibility and my openness.
