I started my professional career in 2003, within the area of ​​Physical Activity and Sports Psychology. During this stage I collaborated in a research group at the University of Seville, where I dedicated myself to child intervention and adolescents, teaching and developing specific programs for the learning, self-esteem and potential of their talents. Professor of the Master of Physical Activity and Sport, University of Seville, and Coordinator of the Area of Sports Psychology at the Official College of Psychology of Western Andalusia, period of 2014/2015. In parallel, I continued to train in different approaches (Gestalt Therapy and Coaching), being aware of the importance of training to be able to offer a response to the needs of the people who come to me query.

My goal is to respond to those concerns or difficulties that my patients, as well as the approach to the different disorders that may arise in adult life, children or teenagers. For this, I use Third Generation techniques, from the study of the needs, I carry out an individualized therapy that adapts to the characteristics of each patient and her environment, designing and applying an intervention program in each case specific.
