I am a Psychologist and Coach with extensive professional work experience in the field of human development. I understand the psychology of coaching from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) perspective and have mastered the use of a range of advanced techniques and models of Psychological Coaching and their application in Coaching of life, health, business and performance. In addition, I use Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques - NLP - and Ericksonian Hypnosis. I am convinced that the Coach and Psychology are inseparable.
