As an expert in human behavior for more than a decade, I have dedicated my life to being able to help people and families to know themselves in order to get ahead and thus enjoy a calm and truly happy. Many people at this very moment are suffering from addiction problems, anxiety attacks, depression deep clinical, phobias, parents that their children have been diagnosed with ASD (Autism) and ADD/ADHD (Defocused and hyperactive). My work as a professional has always focused on emotions, mainly from a biological and cognitive point of view. However, like other psychologists, I have come to see the value of interdisciplinary efforts to study the mind. Being on radio and television has been the perfect opportunity to continue helping families. We are deeply involved in developing new methods to study emotions, in particular the experience sampling method, which is an effort to quantify and measure the quality of life daily.
