Hello, I have more than 7 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. Work with a brief systemic approach focused on solutions, a narrative approach and with the strengthening of skills socio-emotional such as self-awareness, self-regulation, compassion, resilience, emotional regulation, and attention full.
