Psychologist Pablo Caselles Cámara (Orihuela)

Hello. My name is Pablo, a General Health Psychologist with a master's degree in Addictions from the University of Oviedo and a specialist in EMDR and Trauma therapy. I also have complementary training in Projective Therapies, Systemic Family Therapy and Third Generation therapies such as of Acceptance and Commitment, with the intention of giving the most appropriate resource in the face of the demand and need that the client. I work individually with both adults and adolescents. Likewise, I work with families who need psychological counseling to manage their adolescent son/daughter's behavioral difficulties.

Situations of stress, anxiety, depression, couple breakups, addictions, behavior problems, traumas, etc, are some of the various difficulties with which I have been involved throughout the years. Working not only with tools to carry out an adequate management of discomfort, but also understanding what certain unpleasant sensations are due to in order to work on them from their origin.

My way of working is respectful of the rhythm and characteristics of each person, seeking to carry out work at a cognitive, emotional level and somatic, so that beliefs, emotions and bodily sensations are in harmony and there is a complete integration of well-being in the person.
