Psychologist Mª Isabel Martín Sánchez (Tarragona)

I am Maribel Martín, Health Psychologist. I conduct psychology and psychotherapy sessions with adults, adolescents and children. I have always found great satisfaction helping people in need. For this reason, in part, I decided to dedicate myself professionally to psychology. I want you to know that my main objective is to accompany and support you throughout the therapeutic process, working as a team, so that you can achieve the well-being and tranquility you are looking for. The base from which I carry out my work is the cognitive-behavioral model. However, I consider myself a professional with an integrating perspective, that is, I include in the intervention those most appropriate techniques, from other models (Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, etc.), depending on the case.

In this way, I could define the service that I offer you as close, professional, individualized and efficient. Each of the interventions are personalized, adapted and respectful of the rhythm and needs of each person who begins this therapeutic process with me.
