Hello! My name is Dania and I am a psychologist. My profession, like every person who comes to my practice, offers me the possibility of working inside their lives, with the greatest respect, with empathy, affection, without judgments and carrying out a therapeutic plan together where they are comfortable and we can move forward without haste, but heading to where they are going to feel with a higher quality of life. My professional philosophy is based on respect and attention to the needs of each person, being flexible in the type of therapy used. Mostly, I conduct cognitive behavioral therapy as well as humanistic therapy alternately. I think it is essential that people soon achieve autonomy in managing the difficulty, so that they continue to direct their lives (and not their vital circumstances). I carry out online and face-to-face therapies with: Adults - Children - Youth - Couples - Families.

I accompany you in your process: Self-esteem, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, OCD, panic, self-control, behavior problems, sleep disorders, emotional dependence, menopause and premenopause, conflict resolution, couple problems and relatives etc.

I end by adding a summary of my training: I did my degree at the University of La Laguna (ULL) in Tenerife and the General Sanitary Master at the Fernando Pessoa University (UFPC) in Gran Canary. At the same time, I have taken different training and practical courses. Today, I continue in continuous training, updating myself with the latest psychological techniques that scientifically demonstrate efficacy.
