My name is Javier Álvarez Cáceres, General Health Psychologist (AO 10.698) I have been dedicated to my passion, Psychology for 15 years and currently I have a practice in the heart of Malaga. I started my psychological practice from the "Cognitive-Behavioral" theoretical framework. An approach that I have been expanding with training and practice of other models, complementing the therapeutic intervention with techniques appropriate to each person I work with. The objective of my work is always to achieve "change", change the situations that cause discomfort and try to achieve the greatest possible well-being for the person, the couple or the family.
