Psychologist Raúl Segura Díaz (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria)

Hi, my name is Raul. I am an official psychologist at the Center for Brief Strategic Therapy directed by Professor Nardone in Arezzo, Italy. This means being in contact and participating in one of the centers that currently develop more research worldwide in the field of psychology. I started this path doing a master's degree in Madrid and later moving to Italy to continue studying, learning from the hand of Professor Giorgio Nardone. Currently he also participates as a teacher at the Center for Brief Strategic Therapy in the master's degrees he teaches in Spain. My motivation is to help people solve their problem in the shortest time possible.

Brief Strategic Therapy has proven to be effective in most psychological problems, with an average of 7 sessions, although many problems are resolved earlier. For this, it has carried out specific protocols to treat the different pathologies such as obsessive disorder compulsive, depression, anxiety, sexual problems, eating problems such as bulimia and anorexy.

I believe that to be a good psychologist you have to be constantly learning, adapting to new pathologies. This is my way of understanding my work, learning to be able to help. It is not enough with the intention, with common sense, since this does not solve psychological problems. However, a good technique is not enough, it is necessary to know how to reach each person, know how to listen and know how to transmit what is necessary, what is fair, at all times.
