I am a counselor therapist with an integrative humanistic approach. I accompany you in a therapeutic or personal growth process, from listening and accepting what you need and can bring to the consultation, respecting your rhythm, and favoring that you connect with your coping capacity, that you can understand what is happening to you, trigger the changes you want to achieve greater well-being and autonomy in your life. The integrative humanist approach guarantees an approach focused on the needs and characteristics of each person, working with models and psychotherapeutic tools of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Therapeutic mourning, body therapies, brief therapy and the model systemic. I also currently work as a Team Coach and Organizational Counsellor, with the desire to provide a vision humanist in organizations that favors a healthier systemic transformation for all people and the planet.
My long experience accompanying teams and people in the organizational environment in processes of change and transformation led me to train for working as an individual therapist where I found a space for deep connection, maximum utility and meaning in what I do with the people I have worked up. On the other hand, my creative and performing artist background has allowed me to connect very well with the integrative humanist approach, where models and tools are combined from listening to the person. I am passionate about this approach, because it is based on the ability to change and transform ourselves that all people have and because they do not exist recipes or preconfigured answers, but each process is different, the one that each person guides from the connection with their need and their desire.

You may be going through a crisis or have suffered a loss. It may be that you want to grow personally or professionally, get to know yourself better, relate better. Or you just feel bad, you are suffering, and you want that to change. I am available to listen to you, arrange a first session and let's frame the process.
