Hello! I am a psychologist with distinction from the Diego Portales University and a postgraduate degree in Relational Psychoanalysis from the Catholic University. I am currently dedicated to the clinic and online psychological care for young people and adults. Although the margin that frames my work is mainly humanistic therapy, I am interested in including different aspects from other currents to be able to put together a model that makes sense for me and my patients, thus being able to help them in a more complete. I am very interested in the relational aspect and think about how the conflict is never exempt from this character. All psychological phenomena occur within a relational and interpersonal matrix. For me, therapy is a safe and judgment-free space, in which through the interaction between patient and therapist we try to build responses to certain questions, or review better ways of functioning in different aspects of life: the internal world, interpersonal relationships, the relationship with oneself, to name some elements. I really enjoy connecting with my patients and being able to accompany them in their different personal processes, in which working together, they develop more and new tools to face situations or discover themselves themselves.
I identify with a therapeutic process in which listening without judgment and the freedom to be authentic -both patient and therapist- are very valuable. For me it is very important to build and take care of the genuine bond, since this element is a fundamental pillar to be successful in therapy.
As a clinical psychologist, I have worked with a wide variety of patients: of different ages and conflicts. I am currently dedicated to adult therapy. The topics that I address most frequently are: anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, relational and emotional conflicts. In any case, for me the important thing is to build a joint response between patient and therapist, and to seek better ways of functioning between both parties.
