Psychologist Nieves Cárdenas González

My name is Nieves Cárdenas, a general health psychologist, co-founder of Irida Psicólogos. I work with both adolescents and the adult population from an integrative approach, focused on the needs of the person.

During the therapy process we will work on the present symptoms without forgetting the origin of the discomfort and the factors that maintain it. Specialized in attachment and trauma, my professional experience focuses on different types of problems such as anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, eating behavior problems...

I believe in therapy as a safe space for understanding and listening, giving importance to the bond established between the patient and the therapist. A space free of judgments where we can make sense of what happens to us.
