Certified mindful-coach, IFS therapist, Kundalini Yoga teacher, systemic facilitator of change processes
I accompany people who have a certain interest in knowing themselves from the inside. I have trained as a Mindfulness Instructor and now I train instructors, as a path of self-discovery. It is about realizing that what life brings has a lesson for you, about being able to find the calm to accept the uncertainty and the mystery of being alive today. To do this, in the sessions we create together a safe and courageous space in which to investigate, totally personal, what your person needs at this moment.
My life experience, having changed my profession to be able to attend the internal call. I graduated in Law and my life was developing within the European Union. Realizing that my soul wanted to develop in another area and being able to make the necessary changes to address this is something that I contribute as a therapist. Having traveled the world with a backpack, knowing the unknown and daring to challenge the established, cultural and religious beliefs, guiding myself by my own intuition. Being a mother is also something that I bring as a therapist, listening, unconditional love and the beauty of imperfection as a human being, humility as a mother. The languages learned during this path...I can facilitate in French and English. Being able to organize a retreat, a solitary or accompanied immersion so that you can inquire from calm.
In summary: Know who you are, understand how the body-mind works and learn to relate to yourself and the world from a more loving, harmonious and free place. These are some of the tools in which I have been trained: Coactive - Coaching: it is a type of coaching with which you connect with the fullness, with your essential values with what generates balance in your life and you delve into what is there at this moment that you need to look at to continue in your path. Mindfulness and Compassion: you learn to stop, to know your mind, to open your heart and to regulate the afflictive emotions. IFS (internal family system): it is a process of self-knowledge in which you connect with the Self or the compassionate essence in you and you can relate to other internal parts that have different perspectives of what it is to live, whose are you. You learn to relate to your entire system and to love all of your parts. Kundalini Yoga: it is a type of yoga that works from internal energy to align the hara-heart-mind and awaken Consciousness. Systemic facilitation: It is a process that facilitates the disclosure of information from the unconscious to the conscious (fears, patterns) and to be able to transform them. PRH: humanistic accompaniment therapy to connect with Values, learn about resources and develop internal potential.
