Mental health is a concept that every day takes on greater importance for our life cycle, which is why it is important to approach it optimally from all its perspectives. An essential element in cognitive-behavioral therapy is psychoeducation, informing the client about the characteristics and functionality of their difficulty. Precisely on this platform I am going to present detailed information on those clinical pictures that significantly affect our psyche, mental health and therefore our quality of life.
