My name is Nerea, Health Psychologist. I carry out humanistic therapy, I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and a yoga teacher specialized in trauma-sensitive yoga. I do psychotherapy for adults. I offer myself as a guide to accompany you on the path to your personal process, through work with awareness, responsibility and the here and now. Awakening awareness of what happens to us is necessary to evolve. I accompany you with respect, listening, creating a space of trust and security, doing personalized work according to your needs. If you have stress, depression, anxiety, family, social, or relationship problems, psychotherapy can be of great help. The purpose of therapy is for the person who suffers to stop doing it. Likewise, there does not always have to be a crisis to start therapy, I also work with people who want to know themselves to lead a healthier and more conscious life. In any case, knowing ourselves transforms us, being aware of our personal power and our difficulties, being able to understand yourself better and treat yourself and those who are part of your life in a healthier way. I can accompany through work with the body for people with trauma, where I offer you a structure and security, offer you a space where you can listen to your own body and respond to your needs at the moment present. Little by little we will work on trust, empowerment, security, among others. The essence is to offer yourself; a safe and trusting space, without hierarchies, a situation where there are no judgments and a way of guiding based on options.
Health and legal psychology
I have always been fascinated by the human being in terms of its essence, its depth, the discovery of that small place where everything that we are today comes together, answering many of our questions. I directed my training in this direction, obtaining a degree in Psychology from the University of Murcia and intensifying in the area of clinical psychology. After completing the basic training, I took several courses and training of various kinds, until I completed the Clinical training with the Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and the Master's Degree in General Psychology Sanitary. The way in which I work is focused on discovering the causes for which one comes to do symptom, developing and relating all the aspects of life that could have influenced the moment present. To my clinical training, I add the specialty in Forensic Psychology, for which I am part of the bag of experts of the Official College of Psychologists, and in Mediation, since I believe that there is always a peaceful way to resolve conflicts in different contexts (work, neighborhood, family, etc).
