Hello! I am Laura Gaya, specialist in Art and Well-being: Coach, Yoga and Music Teacher, Feng Shui Consultant and Concert Artist. I have more than 15 years of experience as a therapist and teacher, and I offer sessions in Catalan/Spanish/French (I am trilingual) and in English (advanced level). My specialty is online sessions (I love this format and taking advantage of all the possibilities it offers us) but I also offer face-to-face sessions in Caldes d'Estrac (Barcelona). I have more than 20 years of concert experience as a singer and violinist, which has led me to know the world very well. of the show and its problems in relation to the mind and the body, at levels comparable to those of an athlete of elite.

I like being able to enrich my sessions with the transversal knowledge that I have been acquiring over the years: - Master's in Coaching and Personal Leadership from the University of Barcelona - Faculty of Psychology + practices approved by the International Coach Federation. - Certified Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance U.S.A. by Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center in India. - Qualified as Feng Shui Consultant by the International School of Feng Shui. - Bachelor's degree and Master's degree from the Superior School of Music of Catalonia, Sorbonne University and Schola Cantorum in Paris as a musician. I have also received teachings on Physiotherapy, Tai-Chi, Relaxation, Meditation, Nutrition... My clients emphasize this versatility that enriches my sessions from all angles, and they perceive an evident personal growth through my sessions and improvements in their skills. My years of artistic work have given me a lot of discipline and the possibility of living countless unique experiences: - Being a member of the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra. - To be awarded a scholarship for excellence by Fundación Mutua Madrileña or Obra Social La Caixa - To be awarded by the Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe. - Appear in the media in Spain, France, Costa Rica such as the Newspaper, Catalunya Radio, Diari Ara... For 4 years I have been an entrepreneur and I dedicate 100% of my time to my clients and to my own projects: sessions and workshops coaching, yoga and music for events, personalized studies and Feng Shui workshops, private music and yoga classes, concerts...
