What is a TRANSITIVE verb

In the Spanish language there are many types of verbs and some of the most used are the transitive. It is a type of sentences whose main characteristic is the presence of a direct complement that tells us who or what is receiving the action of the verb.

The Transitive verbs They are that admit the presence of a Direct complement after them. This CD will complement the action described by the verb, since these are actions that fall on an object or person other than the subject.
