Psychologist Josefina Díaz González

I am Josefina Díaz, a licensed psychologist from the Diego Portales University. I have more than 4 years of experience working with children and young people from a comprehensive perspective, promoting the recognition of her emotions and abilities to explore her internal world and interact with the half. I seek to offer a reliable, safe and respectful space, where active listening prevails, in order to jointly achieve personal growth in its different fields.

My specialty is working with children and young people over 10 years of age, through the online modality from Puerto Varas. Putting the focus on the recognition and expression of emotions, their personal development and the changes that they summon. Such as the construction of their identity, anxiety, anguish, school difficulties and relationships with both their peers and their caregivers. At the same time, I carry out therapy with a gender approach, being able to establish a safe and trusting space.

I am a receptive person, who intervenes by listening and co-constructing therapy. I have skills to reach the child-youth area and playful abilities, which are adapted to the processes of each patient. I create spaces of trust to establish a safe place where I can develop a feminist therapy with a gender approach.
