Hello, welcome to my therapy space. If you are looking to start a therapeutic process, it is because perhaps you have been feeling for a while that something is not right, that something interferes with your well-being and your personal development or because you seek to improve aspects of your life or yourself myself I can offer you my help so that you can improve your goals and in my psychotherapy sessions. I carry out therapy with the adult population, children, adolescents and couples therapy, from a Cognitive-Behavioral orientation, since it is the current that currently has greater scientific evidence and effectiveness within current psychological treatments, although I also have training and work from other orientations such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Integrative Therapy in order to offer a personalization of my psychological treatments to each person and help to make changes that improve the quality of life and obtain greater well-being all levels. I have worked in different Psychological Offices in Madrid and Segovia, I have collaborated with schools and Associations and I have experience in the International field. I have worked as a clinical psychologist and as a social psychologist and this has allowed me to be in contact with different populations: people with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, people with disabilities and people with mental illness serious. I have international experience, since I have worked in NGOs in Latin America and the Netherlands, so I also do therapy with the expatriate and Intercultural Community.
