Psychologist Alma Ramírez Rivero

My name is Alma, I am a health psychologist in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Col. P-02396, although I am also a person and patient. I have always had a vocation for helping others, just as I have been attracted to the functioning of the human mind, so I soon knew that my path was in psychology. Since then I have not stopped training, both in institutions and on my own, trying to stay up to date in this complex field. I graduated in psychology from the University of La Laguna and completed a master's degree in general psychology health at the Fernando Pessoa Canary Islands University at the same time that I was training in psychotherapy Gestalt. I am currently studying a master's degree in integrative psychotherapy, attachment and trauma in addition to several courses in psychodynamic therapy. This training in different models allows me to adapt to you and your needs. In therapy I will try to get to know you in the most complete way possible so that we can look through your window and together find the path to the change you need.

I am specialized in the evaluation and treatment of the adult population, and what I usually encounter most in consultation are self-esteem problems, emotional management, trauma, mood disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, complicated grief, or relationship problems couple. I work both in person and online.

I take my work very seriously and my main goal is to help you find balance and satisfaction in your life.
