Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
Jane Austen she is a famous british novelist born in 1775. His novel Pride and Prejudice First published anonymously in 1813, it is his most famous and internationally acclaimed work. The plot revolves around the efforts made by father and mother Bennet, who do not have a position as well off as they would like, for marrying her daughters to richer men to ensure their future. A situation that occurred long before and that reflects the society of that time, full of beliefs and prejudices. From this situation it will be like the daughters will meet Darcy and other characters, much more affluent, with whom each of them will have different relationships and will end up in different ways.
At first the sisters are characterized by possess strong personality traits as well as high values and prejudices, but throughout the novel we see how they develop in a positive way and are shedding some of those prejudices that do not allow them to see things differently. Pride and Prejudice is a novel that is framed in the literary romanticism. It is not divided into parts but into various chapters. It all starts when Mrs. Mrs. Bennet -the mother of all sisters- she announces to her husband about the arrival of Mr. Bingley, a wealthy man, to his place of residence: Netherfield. She will ask her husband to do what he can to organize a meeting with this man, so that she can meet her daughters and maybe fixate on one of them for a future wedding.
The arrival of Mr. Bingley makes it celebrate a dance at the place, where Mr. Bennet will get his daughters to come and present themselves to the wealthy man. Meet and quickly Bingley falls in love with one of his sisters, Jane. Elizabeth, the protagonist, will not only go unnoticed by Bingley but she will be rejected by Mr. Darcy, a man who accompanies Bingley and who seems serious, quiet and proud and who goes so far as to point out that Elizabeth's beauty is not enough for him.

Elizabeth, she knows the General Wickham, who happens to know Mr. Darcy and talks about him as a selfish being that he wanted to keep all the money that his father's inheritance had left for the general. Elizabeth here begins to increase bad thoughts towards Darcy and confirms that he is a bad person. On the other hand, Jane and Bingley start dating And when everything seems to be going well they walk away. Elizabeth is quick to consider guilty darcy of these events.
From this meeting and the unfortunate comment that Elizabeth manages to hear, it will be when she begins to form a very ugly opinion about Darcy. Fate, however, will make the two meet again during a visit to the city. In the midst of all this Lydia, one of Elizabeth's sisters, decides run away with the general, who now she knows he's not an honest man and that he has cheated on Lydia. Darcy sees her cry and decides to help the Bennet family, but she does it in a way that Beth doesn't understand. He offers money and helps the two get married. This will make her to think that she hasn't changed anything at all.

During the summer Next, things begin to clear up, Jane begins to see Bingley again and the truth about Darcy and the way of being of him, who is a good and honest man, is discovered.
