Cora Coralina (1889-1985) was an important poet born in Goiás who, even with little study, created valuable verses.

Não sei… Se a vida é curta
Ou longa demais pra nós,
More I know that nothing do that we live
It makes sense, we don't touch or heart the people.

Joy that infects,
Tear that runs,
Olhar who caresses,
I wish that it satiates,
Love that promotes.
