1. Keep your feet well hydrated

Apply moisturizing foot cream every day without fail, to avoid the chafing of the feet and the cracks that are formed by dryness and by contact with the hard materials of the sandals.

2. Prepares the areas most prone to chafing

We all know which parts of our feet are more prone to abrasion from sandals, so we must prepare them in advance to make them resistant.

Days before wearing the sandals, start applying Vaseline in those conflicting parts of the foot, so that when the day comes to use them they do not rub you. You can also continue using Vaseline throughout the summer if you prefer and feel more comfortable.
