Step 1

First of all, we prepare all the ingredients outside and make sure that have everything ready to start our crepes recipe. Once we have everything ready, we will melt the butter, placing it in the microwave for approximately half a minute.

Next, we will put the melted butter, milk and eggs in a bowl and beat everything. Once we have beaten those ingredients, we will add the flour, sifting through a sieve, the sugar and the pinch of salt.

Step 2

When we have everything in the bowl, we mix all the ingredients with a turmix or we will use a rod to beat everything well. It is very important that the dough is homogeneous or without lumps, or on the other hand the crepes would be bad for us. To ensure that this does not happen, we can pass the mixture through a strainer to eliminate any possible lumps.

Step 3

Once we have the mixture, we will let it rest for about 5 minutes so that it takes on texture, since the dough has to be liquid but with a minimum consistency. Then, we can go to the pan. We will use a non-stick frying pan to avoid problems when turning the crepes. We will spread the pan with butter and we will put the fire at medium temperature.

Step 4

Once the pan is hot, We will add the dough little by little until we have a circle quite large and we will spread well so that it takes up as much space as possible in the pan. It is recommended to move the pan a little to avoid excess heat in the base and when the crepe mass begins to set, we will turn it carefully using a spatula.

Important! Don't panic if your first crepe recipe comes out a mess. It usually happens that the first crepe that we put in the pan is either very thin or very thick.
