1. Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese represent one of the most popular spaghetti recipes For its preparation you need 500 grams of spaghetti, 500 grams of beef, 5 large tomatoes, ½ liter of beef broth, 1 onion, 4 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, cumin, ½ tablespoon of nutmeg, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt and Pepper.

The first thing to start is to boil the spaghetti to cook al dente. For this you have to bring water to boil and add a tablespoon of grain salt. Then add the pasta and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. On the other hand, in a pan, brown the finely chopped carrot, garlic and onion, and sauté until the onion is transparent.

Then the minced meat is added and stirred until, after 3 minutes, the tomato and spices are added. Then it is necessary to stir well until the ingredients are incorporated and mix with the beef broth.

It should remain on low heat for 25 minutes. After this the spaghetti are added and mixed, and they can be served with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

2. Pesto spaghetti with almonds

Traditionally they prepare spaghetti with pesto with pine nuts, but in this recipe they are substituted for almonds. Almonds could also be substituted for walnuts or some other seed.

You will need: 1 package of spaghetti of 200 grs, 3 handfuls of fresh basil, 20 almonds, 2 garlic cloves, ½ cup of Parmesan cheese, ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to the taste.

The first step is to cook the spaghetti so that it is al dente. In two liters of boiling water, add salt, preferably in grain, and leave the spaghetti for about 7 minutes over low heat.

You have to check that the basil does not have a stem and wash and disinfect and then let it dry before using it. Then the basil leaves, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil are blended.

When the consistency is similar to that of a puree, add the almonds and Parmesan cheese to continue grinding. This sauce is added to cooked spaghetti and served with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

3. Lemon spaghetti

This recipe for lemon spaghetti is very easy to prepare. It is also a very refreshing dish that can be ideal for a hot afternoon. You need 200 grams of spaghetti, 15 grams of butter, 2 lemons, 60 grams of cream cheese, dried oregano, basil, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

As in all spaghetti recipes, leaving the pasta al dente is very important. For this you have to bring 2 liters of water to boil and add salt, then put the spaghetti and leave them over low heat.

On the other hand, you have to grate the lemon peel. The rest of the lemon is cut into four parts and sautéed in a pan with butter. They should be slightly browned and a pinch of salt is added. They are then removed and drained to remove the juices and add them to the pan along with the cream cheese.

Once it melts, add Parmesan cheese, thyme, oregano and pepper. The cooked spaghetti is added together with the lemon zest and everything is mixed. It is ready to be served with a little basil and Parmesan cheese to taste.

4. Spaghetti carbonara

The spaghetti carbonara recipe is another classic that pasta lovers love. For this recipe you need 200 grams of spaghetti, 3 eggs, 100 grams of smoked bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

While the pasta is cooking in boiling salted water, beat the two eggs in a bowl. Parmesan cheese, pepper and salt are added. They are then mixed until a homogeneous texture is achieved. In addition, in a frying pan, add a little oil to sauté the bacon, which must be cut into more or less thin strips.

When the bacon is starting to brown, add the cooked spaghetti and sauté for no more than 40 seconds. When it is removed from the heat, the mixture of the egg with the Parmesan cheese should be incorporated immediately and let it rest without beating.

When the spaghetti has been impregnated with the egg and cheese sauce it can be served. Without a doubt, a dish that everyone will like.

5. Sauteed spaghetti with sardines

Sautéed spaghetti with sardines are ideal for a dinner for guests. You need a package of 200 or 250 grams of spaghetti, 1 can of sardines in oil, half an onion large, two cloves of garlic, five cherry tomatoes, two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and black pepper ground.

To start the recipe you have to heat two liters of water and add salt when it is boiling. Later you have to add the pasta and leave it over low heat to make it al dente.

On the other hand, you have to heat butter in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic previously chopped, cut the cherry tomatoes in two, and add them to the pan with the onion and garlic.

After they are fried a bit, add the capers and add salt, pepper and herbs. Then the sardines, well drained and cut in two, are added, and finally the only thing left to do is add the spaghetti and sauté everything a little. Finally, everything is served hot and a little olive oil is added.
