Hello, I am Ana Karen, a Mexican psychologist, I have developed studies as a psychotherapist with a Child Gestalt approach; among my specialties is working with children and adolescents and patients with chronic diseases degenerative, I give therapeutic management to anxiety and depression disorders with the aim of improving their quality of lifetime. Since 2018 I have been working with professional soccer players of the Liga de Ascenso in Mexican soccer, with the intervention program "Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence" in high-performance athletes, with the aim of developing emotional skills for positive stress management, prevention of anxiety and depression in the player and hygiene mental, etc.

I have developed as a clinical psychologist attending patients with different diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, different types of cancer, obesity and its complications; working together with the medical area to provide a balance between physical and mental health. Likewise, I have specialized in Child Gestalt Psychotherapy, attending children and adolescents individually and in groups. to develop emotional skills, as well as to treat conduct disorders, etc., in children and adolescents in conjunction with their fathers.

I believe in coherence as the main characteristic to live happily, and I consider myself a human being who lives in coherence with what he thinks, says and does, in this way allows me to have scope to benefit others with my work as far as possible.
