This is the first video in a series that will deal with the Industrial Revolution. In this video I will explain what the causes of the Industrial Revolution.

The industrial Revolution It consists of a series of technological changes that happened in England between 1730 and 1850. This process had a great economic and social impact and changed the history of humanity forever.

The causes that led to this Industrial Revolution are as follows:

  • Population growth
  • massive migrations especially to the United States in search of a new opportunity
  • the Agrarian Revolution with its technical improvements and therefore many peasants were left without work
  • unemployment in agriculture led to more labor for industry.
  • landlords had more profits and wanted to invest in new industries.
  • great technological development
