Hello! How are you? If you have come this far it could be that you are looking for a change. That you have realized that there is something in your lives that does not quite go as you would like, that you need tools to manage those situations that seem to get out of control. If so, I introduce myself; My name is Raquel and I am a Psychotherapist and educational psychologist. My specialties are emotional management, learning difficulties and conflict management, among others. Surely you already know that for a therapy to work the patient-therapist bond is very important. My duty as a psychotherapist is to create an environment of comfort and, as I always say, to be your crutch offering tools so that in the time you need you can walk without me. My work philosophy is that the sessions are adapted to each person to achieve your goals, general therapies are not worth, each one is different and in your uniqueness is the answer.
