Primary and secondary immunity
In this BIOLOGY video we will explain "Primary and secondary immunity". Primary and secondary immunity. When we say this we mean the immune response, we are not talking about immune barriers, we are talking about the answer. Therefore in this video we are going to focus on what is a primary immune response and a secondary immune response. We have made this graph trying to help visualize what is happening. A primary immune response occurs the first time the body is faced with a foreign body. As we are caught off guard, we need time for that molecule to be recognized, processed... that is, cells that recognize that antigen, they have to present it to cells that are going to make specific defenses and these defenses have to be made specific. All this takes a while and therefore there is a delay from when you expose yourself until there are effective defenses. That is, this immune response it is slower than secondary school and is also weaker. It takes longer to make fenders and less quantity is made. If you want to know more about the subject "
