I completed two master's degrees at the Higher Institute of Psychological Studies, ISEP, located in Spain; one in Clinical and Health Psychology and the other in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy. I have extensive experience in caring for adolescents and adults in private practice and in different institutions, NGOs and volunteer programs in national and international projects; as well as in trainings and workshops in different companies and associations related to the area of mental health. I am passionate about constantly training and updating myself in the field of psychology. I graduated with honors in Baccalaureate and Bachelor of Psychology. I work under the Cognitive Behavioral approach and specifically under the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy model TREC, where thoughts directly influence emotions and therefore, behaviors and behaviors; From here, patients are taught to identify negative thought patterns to modify them and have a better quality of life by stabilizing emotionally. Logotherapy and existential analysis
I spent a large part of my life in other fields of work and I was always interested in being a help link between people, so I took care to allow the other to express themselves and show themselves as How was it. I began to realize that what I am passionate about is giving support to others and that is why I specialized in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis. This being insufficient for my expectations, I have been constantly training in courses and workshops. that have to do with the meaning of life and guided philosophy for the understanding of the other and the world. With this knowledge, my horizon has been greatly expanded, so I feel in the ability to give myself to the other and to be interested in the experience that the patient relates in an authentic way and thus I collaborate with the work in self-discovery consultation or "insight".

I am the master Esteban Carvajal Angulo psychotherapist and university professor, with a master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Costa Rica from which I obtained a degree in honor. I have several years of experience in the psychotherapeutic care of children, adolescents and adults. My areas of expertise are anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders, grief, among others. I specialize in Clinical and Health Psychology which focuses on chronic diseases, such as hypertension, chronic pain, arthritis, asthma, diabetes mellitus, cancer, cardiovascular disorders, among others. Within my clinical practice I use evidence-based approaches and I maintain constant training processes both nationally and internationally. I have received training at the Alberth Ellis Institute for Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavior Therapy in New York (USA), Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (USA), in Virginia State Play Therapy Association, Faculty of Psychology of the University of Havana (Cuba) and Complutense University of Madrid.
