Hello! How are you? I am Jaz and I dedicate myself to psychotherapy because it is my vocation. For this reason, after graduating from the University, I continued training permanently to be able to have a more comprehensive and complete vision of people. I specialized in Adult Psychotherapy, in gender perspective and in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The approach is absolutely comprehensive and with empathic listening. The sessions with me are dynamic and I consider that it is much more enriching when the work consists of a back and forth between patient and therapist.

I really appreciate that the therapeutic space is pleasant and warm. I use tools from different approaches, with the aim of adapting them to each person, their needs and requirements at each moment of the process. I encourage the therapeutic relationship to be one of comfort and trust.

I consider it essential to constantly update myself to work better every day. For this reason, I specialize in different approaches and themes, so that the consultation is as comprehensive as possible. The sessions are usually quite dynamic and my goal is that in addition to being enriching, they are through a back and forth between the two!
