Hello! I am Alejandra, psychologist, mother of three boys between adolescents and young people. I have 25 years of experience doing what I am passionate about, accompanying people to rediscover themselves, redefine their life stories, solve problems punctual, get out of situations of depression or intense anxiety, design their future work or innovate in what they do and in their way of bonding with the rest. I also have life experience. I got divorced after 23 years of marriage. I learned to deconstruct myself and rebuild myself and I am currently launching a business at 50!!

My passion for the mind led me to pursue a wide variety of postgraduate degrees, specializations, and master's degrees. I managed to have many tools and I will be able to use with you the one that is most appropriate. Someone said that... if you only have a hammer as a tool, you tend to see everything as if it were a nail... You are not all nails...
