My name is Moisés Suárez Nordelo. I am a General Health Psychologist with collegiate number P-02529 and an Expert in Sports Psychology. I also have diverse training that I have completed in different courses, such as intergenerational mediation in family conflicts, mindfulness techniques, equality, addictions.

I have experience in personal growth, fears, anxiety, self-esteem, emotional dependence, family problems, couple relationships, personal, academic and work orientation, motivation.

I will help you with everything you need, starting with knowing which "stones" you carry in your backpack, so that little by little you go taking them out and replacing them with tools and strategies that help you face everything that you never had before posed. I really like working in sessions with naturalness, confidence and above all without judging the person, since I try to generate a close atmosphere, highlighting at all times the progress we are achieving during the road.
