Discriminant and number of solutions of quadratic equations
In this video I will explain the discriminant and number of solutions of quadratic equations. The discriminatingof a quadratic equation is the factor that appears within the square root in the formula of the equations.

Discriminating:

According to the discriminant we can know thenumber of solutions of a quadratic equation:
- No solution: if the discriminant is less than 0.
- A twofold solution: if the discriminant equals 0.
- Two different solutions: if the discriminant is greater than 0.
