Films passed in the Media City usually please a large part of two lovers of cinema. Generally they are films of medieval wars or battles, despised of forbidden romances, castles and princesses, as well as courageous knights.

Set in the XV century, the story tells the story of Jan Zizka, a Czech warlord who enters into conflict with the Roman Empire, defeating his enemies.

2. The legend of the green horse (2021)

Directed and rotated by David Lowery, the plot is inspired by the world of Camelot. Here we accompany King Arthur's nephew in an impressive and frightening epic adventure in search of defeating the headless knight.
Fantasy, action and battles are present in this story, quite acclaimed by critics and the public.
3. Valent Heart (1995)

One of the two most famous medieval films is brave heart. Starring Mel Gibson, the production became a past war classic in the Media City.
After his bride is assassinated on the night of their nuptials, Scottish warrior William Wallace leads a fight against English King Edward I in search of the release of his powder.
4. Oh King (2019)

The direction of this longa is by Australian David Michôd and its original title is King.
Baseia-se na play Henriad, by William Shakespeare and tells of the life of Henry V during his reign in England in the fifteenth century.
It is important to note that, despite being inspired by the story of a real personality, the plot traces fanciful elements and there are few facts. Still, it is a great request for lovers of epic and historical films.
5. Lancelot, or first horseman (1995)

Richard Gere, Sean Connery and Julia Ormond star in this epic film directed by Jerry Zucker.
The legendary King Arthur has been a character in many literary, theatrical and cinematographic productions. Nesse longa from 1995 we are introduced to these and the knights of the Round Table, as well as Guinevere and other characters from the world of Camelot.
6. The Home Who Doesn't Sell His Soul (1966)

This acclaimed classic from the 1960s is directed by Fred Zinnemann and tells the true story of Henry VIII, who faces igreja and the laws of his time to decide to separate from his wife to marry Ana Boleyn.
The production was a success and won various awards in the 1967 Oscar categories, as well as the Golden Globe and the BAFTA Award.
7. Knight's Heart (2001)

8. Rightful King (2018)

Set in the 11th century in England, this is a story of perseverance and the search for a cure. Rob is a guy who lost my mother to a disease called "doença do lado" in the Idade Média, which was later discovered to be an appendix.
Raised by a barber, a profession that at the time also dealt with aspects related to health, the boy learns a lot about medical care. But I dream of him and keep going with our studies. Likewise, he faces everything to learn with a Persian doctor who leads a hospital in Persia.
10. Hobin Hood (2018)

Tracing adventure and action, this production directed by Otto Bathurst tells the famous story of the legendary Robin Hood from its beginning.
Known for robbing two rich to give to the poor, here Robin will have to face many criminals in Forest Sherwood and will count on the help of his friends in search of justice.
11. Monty Python - In Search of the Sacred Chalice (1975)

More a film that tells the legend of King Arthur, Monty Python - In Search of the Sacred Chalice It became a classic of British humour, directed by Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam.
Here the king is in search of courageous men to help him find the Holy Grail. Likewise, a troupe of funny knights embark on an adventure that is satire.
