Basic graphical constructions of a circle
In this new video I will explain the Basic graphical constructions of a circle.
Let us remember that the circumference Is the set of points thatequidistan from another point called the center and which are always at the same distance, a distance that we will call the radius.
In the video I will perform a series of exercises that can be found at high technical levels, but are basic to perform.
Let's see how these two exercises are performed:
1. Draw a circle that passes through three points (A, B and C).
2. Find the center of a given circle and find different elements:
- The center, which is the interior point of the circumference.
- The radio, which is the distance from the center to any point on the circumference.
- The diameter, which is the segment that joins the points of the circumference passing through the center of the circle.
- The string, which is a segment that joins two points of a circle.
- The bow, which is each of the parts of the circumference that is formed by a rope.
In the video you can see graphically what the Basic graphical constructions of a circle.
Also, if you want to practice what you learned in today's class, you can do the printable exercises with their solutions that I have left you on the web.
