Composer, poet, playwright and diplomat, Vinicius and author of a series of classics such as Garota of Ipanema e Chega de Saudade. In thermos musicais ele foi two maiores nomes da Bossa Nova.
Formed directly by the Faculdade Nacional do Rio de Janeiro, Vinicius published his first book of poems - Or Caminho Para a Distance - em 1929. He never served as an advocate, but worked as a film critic and diplomat.
In literary terms he was the author of great criações like o Sonnet of Fidelidade e o Sonnet of Total Love. Vinicius was also the author of a series of children's poems that turn classic Brazilian literature.
